We offer three delivery options for online orders:

Free School Delivery is available to the following schools:

Yarrells Preparatory School

Deliveries take place every Thursday
Orders must be placed before 14:30 on the previous Wednesday to guarantee delivery that week
Yarrells Preparatory School
Deliveries take place on the first and third Wednesday of each month
Orders must be placed before 14:30 on the previous Tuesday to guarantee the next delivery

Standard Delivery
All online orders are shipped via Evri.
Items that are in stock will be despatched within 3 working days, please allow longer during busy periods.
Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery.
If your order has not arrived by Day 5, please contact us and we will be happy to track your parcel.
Free In-Store Collection
We offer free in-store collection on all orders.
Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared
You will receive an email notification once your item is ready for collection
Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this email
Delivery Charges
Up to £40.00 – £5.00
£40.00 and over – £10.00
Click and Collect - When will my order be ready to collect?
We aim to have orders ready for collection within 2 working days, please allow longer during busier periods.
What if I need to return an item?
All item can be returned instore with a valid receipt and within 30 days of purchase.
My item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock we will notify you when it is next available.
Refunds & Returns - What is your refund and returns policy?
Items purchased online or in store may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
For faulty items, please email us or visit us in store.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
My item is faulty, what should I do?

Who is responsible for returns postage?
Unless the item is faulty, you will be liable for the cost and safe return of your item.
