Goods bought from us online or in store in an unused condition with the original packaging can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Please return items to Bartletts, 45 East Street, Wimborne BH21 1DX or visit us in store.  Please ensure the items are well packaged and clearly labelled and include the returns slip.

Products we will not accept as returns unless faulty:
Products without proof of a receipt
Products purchased over 30 days ago
Products without original Packaging or Labels
Underwear that has been Taken out the Packaging
Tights and socks that have been taken out the Packaging
Hair accessories
Sale Items
