You warrant that all details you provide to Bartletts of Wimborne for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

You agree to fully indemnify us immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing the website using your account or personal information.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclusive of delivery charges. Price and availability are subject to change at any time. The price on the website is the price that you agree to pay at the time of purchase.

Colours

Every effort is made to ensure that the images on our website are accurate. However, some products may not accurately reflect the true colour.

Orders

We take all steps to ensure that credit/debit card details (Confidential Information) are kept secure.

We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access from a third party to your Confidential Information.

Confirmation of order

You will receive confirmation of your order once it has been processed. If there is a problem with your order e.g credit/debit card not authorised or item being out of stock, we will contact you.

Availability

We shall endeavour to supply any items ordered. However, the Company reserves the right not to supply any order if they are not available.

Payment

Payment made by credit/debit card will be processed when order is placed. We do not accept American Express.

Guarantees and limitation of Liability

If a Customer is not satisfied with any item supplied to them by the Company, the item(s) can be returned to the Company for replacement or refund (please see returns and refund policy).

Care Instructions

Where items have care instructions, you must follow these care instructions. We will not be liable for any damage if the care instructions have not been followed.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, riots, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs, industrial action, war, disease or fire.
